AGE RESTRICTIONS

Unless youth-related or noted, JSWP classes are designed for individuals at least 18 years of age.

REGISTRATION

Classes do fill early and late registrations will be accepted on a space available basis.  Registrations postmarked 5 or less business days prior to the start of your workshop will be charged a $25 late fee to cover expedited material fees. Each registration includes a non-refundable deposit equal to 33% of the registration fee.

REFUNDS

Refund requests for cancellations must be received in writing at least 45 days in advance of a training date for a full refund. Cancellations 31-44 days in advance of a training date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds offered within 30 days of a training date. Please contact the main office @ 214.946.3385 for more information. The office is open Monday-Friday, 9 A.M. – 5 P.M.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

A certificate of completion will be issued upon request to individuals completing at least 80% of the course.  Attendance will be verified by the course instructor.  To request a certificate of completion, contact JSWP at 214.946.3385 or info@wordpress-166890-2044438.cloudwaysapps.com.

APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR

JSWP reserves the right to remove any individual from a course who displays inappropriate behavior that the instructor or other course members find disrespectful or threatening.

CANCELLATIONS

Inclement Weather – In the event of inclement weather when JSWP is closed, all classes will be cancelled as well. To confirm closure of the office, call 214.946.3385 or visit www.janeschaffer.com. We will make every attempt to contact participants in affected classes by email and or/phone calls and will update the Trainings website, www.janeschaffer.com and office voicemail at 214.946.3385.

Louis Educational Concepts, LLC (owner of JSWP) reserves the right to change or cancel any class.  In the event that a class must be changed or cancelled, you will be notified by email and/or phone. Please provide us with the best way to contact you during the day.  The decision to cancel a class is generally made two business days in advance of the class. If your class is cancelled, you may choose another course or receive a full refund (check will be mailed to you).
